Health Goal Reached

Did you know that happiness can affect your health? Are you happy? For most, this is a difficult question to answer. If you have to ponder for the answer than most likely not. I for one have experienced happiness on and off throughout my life.  However, two years ago it became apparent when I broke out with cystic acne all over my face, that I wasn't happy. Clearly, my body was giving me a message, “you are unbalanced physically, mentally, spiritually,” and in serious need of change. This was a wake up call; I ignored my feelings too long. If you are battling an ailment or illness you most likely need to look inward for the cause.

Ways To Improve Your Well-Being

Using therapy techniques to look inward revealed I wasn't happy in my career, I had little self worth and I was suppressing past issues that were too painful to deal with. See, when you carry negative emotional stress too long, it can manifest physically. Unfortunately, this isn't just my experience, studies reveal how the lack of happiness and joy in your life can affect your health and wellbeing.

Diet plays an important role in your over-all health. Eating a liver healthy diet and cleansing my body cleared up my skin in a few short months. I celebrated thinking it's over I am healed. However, lol this was premature. I learned very quickly that changing my diet healed my ailment but the root cause of my issues were still present (still not happy). So, my skin would look great for a month or two and then all of a sudden another breakout. VERY frustrating, but it would always reveal another limiting belief, self hatred and obsessive negative thought patterns.

Emotional stress wreaks havoc on your immune system and organs. You may not be able improve your health, if you don't change your thought patterns.

In the video below Dr. Joe Dispenza explains scientifically how our thoughts can make us sick and how our thoughts can make us well. It's eye opening and has the answer to happiness. I took action after watching it!

Effective Tools To Improve Your Mental Well-Being

The two forms of therapy that are working well for me are Meditation and Psych-K sessions. Simply put, they will transform your life.

1. Meditation is good for your mind, body and soul because it helps you disconnect from your environment and connect with your inner self. It can free you of worry, guilt, stress, self doubt and insecurity. Most important, science and research has proven that it helps relieve pain, anxiety, depression, stress, sleep patterns, improve focus, patience, mental clarity, connection with your higher self and can literally transform your personality. It takes practice and patience to benefit from mediation, but it's literally the best thing you can do for yourself.

According to Buddhist monk, Kelsang Gyatso “The Purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness. But if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.”

2. PSYCH-K® transforms your negative beliefs that you obtained from your childhood throughout your adulthood, into positive beliefs. Thus, if you have reoccurring negative thoughts about your health, self worth, money, job, relationships, achievements, abuse you suffered, failures, mistakes, self esteem, your weight etc. having a PSYCH-K® balance will instantly change your belief into a positive. Most importantly, achieving your goals and changing your life.

The Importance of Nutrition

A poor diet, stress, medications and environmental toxins can contribute to your state of mind and the health of your body. Eating a liver healthy diet can prevent disease and improve the health of your entire body.
