This super easy smoothie bowl recipe takes only minutes to prepare. It's perfect for those days when you are starving and don't have time to spare. Most important, it's gluten-free, vegan and full of essential nutrients, vitamins and protein. In short, it's healthy, tastes amazing and easy to make.

Easy Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

Optional: Add 1 tsp of Barley Grass Juice Powder purchase here to boost your immune system, reduce inflammation in the body and detox your liver.

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of mixed berries to a bowl (if frozen thaw them naturally or defrost in the microwave).
  2. Put in 1 scoop of All-In-One Shake Powder, 1/2 cup of almond milk and mix together.
  3. Include sliced banana, apple and mango.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of hemp or chia seeds and serve.
