This super easy smoothie bowl recipe takes only minutes to prepare. It's perfect for those days when you are starving and don't have time to spare. Most important, it's gluten-free, vegan and full of essential nutrients, vitamins and protein. In short, it's healthy, tastes amazing and easy to make.
Easy Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop of All-In-One Vegan Shake Powder (Purchase Click Chocolate, Click Berry or Click Vanilla Flavoured)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (cashew or rice) *add more liquid to change consistency
- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, wild blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 Sliced Banana
- 1 Sliced Apple
- 1 Sliced Mango
- Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds purchase here or Chia Seeds purchase here. (All-In-One contains both seeds but I always add more.)
Optional: Add 1 tsp of Barley Grass Juice Powder purchase here to boost your immune system, reduce inflammation in the body and detox your liver.
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of mixed berries to a bowl (if frozen thaw them naturally or defrost in the microwave).
- Put in 1 scoop of All-In-One Shake Powder, 1/2 cup of almond milk and mix together.
- Include sliced banana, apple and mango.
- Top with a sprinkle of hemp or chia seeds and serve.
