  2. Add 1 litre of water.
  3. Turn the crock pot on low for 8 hours or simmer on the stove for 3 – 4 hours.
  4. Drain into a container and serve or cover and refrigerate until ready to consume.
  5. Store the Chaga pieces in the freezer until your next batch. I use them 3 – 4 times before composting.
