I am a survivor of cystic acne. Battling it on and off for 31 years. Wow, I can't believe that! If you are reading this, you may be suffering from acne as well. My heart goes out to you because I know what you are going through. Having tried all traditional methods (none of them worked) of healing such as the pill, antibiotics, Accutane twice, topical washes and creams, and supplemental hormones. Naturally, it was holistic methods, a liver healthy diet and quantum healing tools that helped me get rid of my acne. The root cause of acne is a lack of self love and suppressed emotions which can weaken liver function. According to Medical Medium, Anthony Williams “when the liver is weakened from harmful emotions, problematic foods, antibiotics or pharmaceuticals it can develop a low grade level of Streptococcus causing acne.”

Therefore, if you cleanse your liver and work on your thoughts and emotions using holistic healing techniques you can get to the root of your acne.

We have the power to heal ourselves. I am living proof, amongst the millions of others that he has helped, that with the right tools and healthy foods acne can fade away. But, you have to be willing to do the work!

Get Rid of Acne Naturally

After reading Anthony William's book The Liver Rescue, I looked in the mirror and staring back at me was a face full of painful cysts. It occurred to me in that moment that I needed to look inside myself and face painful truths. Clearly, my body was giving me a message, “The way you are living isn't working for you. You have some serious inner turmoil that you need to face.”

See, acne like many other dis-eases begins with the mind which affects the body and spirit.

Throughout this wellness journey, if you change your inhibiting beliefs and develop self love/acceptance, release trapped emotions that block you from wellness and eat a liver healthy lifestyle, acne can slip away.

Once you reach balance in mind, body and spirit, you can be left with self love, beautiful skin and a zest for life.

These are steps you can take to help you get rid of your cystic acne naturally.

1. Change Inhibiting Beliefs To Help Get Rid of Cystic Acne

The connection between the mind and body is very powerful. For instance, your subconscious mind stores 95% of your memories, emotions and how the physical body operates.

So, if you lack self love and believe that you are not worthy of better it can show up on your face. And, many people including me thought “this is crazy I love myself.” You may think you do consciously. However, it's at a subconscious level of the mind that's important. In other words, you may not be consciously aware that you lack self love or have inhibiting beliefs.

In fact, Chinese medicine believes the face is the map which decodes the mind, body, and soul's silent language. That is to say, “it's giving you a message.” To clarify, our face is a mirror of what is happening internally which is why whenever I had break outs I would use the Chinese face mapping to discover what emotional issues I needed to address and work on them using my therapy tools. It was very effective in helping me let go of past traumas and acknowledge many inhibiting beliefs.

One of the helpful therapy techniques I used was PSYCH-K®. It's an effective tool that sparks transformation. Changing your negative beliefs instantly using muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind and removes your resistance towards your goal.

The reason your beliefs are so important is because your subconscious beliefs can sabotage your conscious efforts. Thus, if you are trying to rid yourself of acne, you may need to address your beliefs.

2. Release Harmful Emotions That Can Cause Cystic Acne

The premise is that emotions are energy just like our body is made up of energy. And, they can exert an influence over your physical tissue causing emotional/physical discomforts and potentially dis-ease (acne).

Harmful emotions are left over energies that can get stuck in your body from past traumatic events which were too difficult for you to fully process at the time. Therefore, in order to protect you, your subconscious mind saves them to process later. It's a method that most people are unaware of. Consequently, everyone has a unique collection of trapped emotions referred to as “Emotional Baggage.”

By releasing trapped emotions it restores energy flow and balance in the body creating the proper condition for your body to heal. Remember, if your body was in complete harmony, acne wouldn't occur.

Along my journey, I discovered a energy healing technique called The Emotion Code. It's is an effective form of holistic energy healing designed (by Dr. Brad Nelson) to get to the root cause of emotional/physical difficulties and inhibiting blockages by restoring balance in the body. This therapy technique releases trapped emotions.

Having emotion code sessions helped me tremendously. I felt lighter, happier and my occasional break outs disappeared. Actually, it was so effective I decided to become a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner because I wanted to help others improve their difficulties as well.

3. Eat a Liver Healthy Diet

Step 3 is very crucial because the liver is one of the most important organs in the body. If you are suffering from acne, it's possible your liver is overwhelmed. Simply because a poor diet, consistent stress, medications and environmental toxins are generally responsible for the condition of your liver. Therefore, it's important to learn how a liver healthy diet can rid your body of dis-ease and possibly improve your overall health.

According to the Medical Medium, When acne is present, it means that the liver is harboring a chronic, low grade level of Streptococcus. Strep lives in the organ when the liver holds an abundance of food for it. Antibiotics and the pill are the Strep's fuels of choice – and the liver's greatest enemies. As it happens, they're frequently handed out to those who suffer from acne, along with other medications that can be hard for the liver to bear. It can become an endless cycle, with antibiotics feeding the very strep that causes acne and acne causing the dermatologist to write a prescription for more antibiotics. Strep lives in the liver due to the abundance of food (such as antibiotics, toxic heavy metals, eggs, dairy, gluten, preservatives and more) inside the organ for it to feed on and thrive.

Anthony also disputes the theory that hormones are responsible for pimples. He explains in great detail in his book Liver Rescue that when the immunity takes a dip especially during puberty and menopause it allows bacteria to form.

This is not just a theory, millions of people around the world are healing from chronic disease (acne being one of them) from eating a liver healthy diet. 4. Practice Meditation

You are always under the influence of your emotions and thoughts. And, consistent negative emotions such as stress interrupts the balance (mind & body connection). Stress response is meant to be a “flight” response to keep you safe from a tiger attack and once safe, return to a relaxed state. OMG, nowadays most peoples stress response is in constant “flight mode” and turned on frequently throughout the day which can prevent your body from doing what it's supposed to do, keep you healthy.

To maintain optimum health (healthy balanced skin), you need to keep your subconscious thoughts and emotions very relaxed. Meditation is the best and most effective way to calm the mind. Studies prove that meditation (used for centuries) calms the mind and relieves stress allowing our parasympathetic nervous system to function properly. Therefore, restoring balance and/or maintaining excellent health.

Begin meditating 10 minutes a day and gradually get up to 45 minutes or more. FYI, when you are in recovery mode you need to consistently meditate in order for it be effective.
