A Sluggish Liver Can Cause Illness and Disease
For years I struggled with ailments such as acne, brain fog, mood swings, adrenal problems, lack of energy, constipation, hormonal issues, mystery hunger and hot flashes. Therefore, I wanted answers to why I have these issues and what is the cause?
After years of experimenting with nutrition and medications, I was gifted a book called “The Liver Rescue,” written by Medical Medium, Anthony Williams.
According to Medical Medium, Anthony Williams the underlying cause of these diseases or ailments are due to “an overloaded liver possibly caused by medications, consistent stress, negative emotions, and problematic foods such as Eggs, Dairy, Cheese, Hormones from Food, High Fat Foods, Alcohol, Excessive Vinegar, Caffeine, Gluten, Corn, Canola Oil, Pork Products, pathogens, chemicals, toxic heavy metals and excess adrenaline.
After reading the book I needed proof that it was in fact helping others. So, I took to social media and the net and discovered that the “Liver Rescue” lifestyle is healing millions of people around the world. For days, I scrolled through 1000's of before and after photos and stories of people that healed from diseases that western medicine could not cure.
How A Liver Healthy Diet Can Restore The Health of Your Entire Body
Honestly, I knew for years that the liver was largely responsible for my acne. But, I didn't realize that it can be the underlying cause for so many other diseases. Most importantly, I got my answers and discovered that diet, along with emotional stress and environmental toxins drastically effect the function of the liver over time. Thus, I immediately changed my diet, began meditating to minimize my stress and removed as many harmful toxins from my home as I could.
To sum up, it worked! All of my symptoms including my cystic acne disappeared. Because eating a liver healthy diet can not only cleanse toxins, bacteria and viruses from your body, it also feeds your liver essential nutrients to repair and function properly. Most importantly, it may diminish your ailments and prevent future disease.
What Is A Liver Healthy Diet?
A liver healthy diet consists of lots of fruits, veggies, raw nuts, gluten free grains, legumes, some grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free meats and eliminating problematic foods such as eggs, hormones from food, high fat foods, alcohol, excessive vinegar, caffeine, pork products, all dairy, corn, gluten, canola oil and refined sugar.
To clarify, the easiest way to eat liver healthy is to eliminate problematic foods, eat as many fruits and veggies as possible and substitute healthier ingredients in your favourite recipes.
MOST IMPORTANT, drink celery juice every morning. Drink 16 oz of fresh celery juice every morning on an empty stomach. Celery inhibits the growth of viruses, bacteria and fungus. It's cluster salts remove poisons and toxins inside the liver, builds the immune system, improves digestion and much more.
Change may feel uncomfortable, but I assure you it is worth the effort. After months of eating liver healthy, I have never felt better physically or mentally. I have so much more energy, a stronger immune system, all of my symptoms are gone and my skin glows!!

Liver Healthy Diet Fact
According to the Medical Medium, “your liver wakes wee hours in the morning and begins detoxing and discarding waste and toxins into your bloodstream. If you don't hydrate in the morning to flush out your bloodstream with water, celery juice or lemon the liver reabsorbs it, which prevents you from making progress with your healing. When you eat fats in the morning, it forces your liver to switch into fat-digesting mode instead of healing and cleansing. The window closes and the healing mode passes.”
