1. Drink Senna Leaf Tea To Improve Regularity
Senna tea leaves are from the Cassia Senna plant. It's an herb that has been used medicinally for years. For instance, not only is it used as a natural laxative, but it's also used as a detox tea.
It has a sweet taste to it, but with a slight bitter after taste. So, you could add a little raw honey or even pure maple syrup to improve it.

When I was training to run a 10km race, I was much more regular! However, it doesn't have to be vigorous exercise, even 30 minutes of walking a few times a week can help.

Also, if you exercise heavily or eat lots of fiber, you may need to drink more than 2 litres of water a day!
