Last year I decided to change my lifestyle and eat a liver healthy diet. Those closest to me thought it was just another health kick, but this time it has become my lifestyle and will remain that way. Most often, I get “You are crazy! I could not do that, nor do I want to.” However, I am one of millions of people around the world that have improved the health of their entire body from eating liver healthy thanks to, Medical Medium's, Liver Rescue. A liver healthy diet consists of lots of fruit, veggies, some nuts, gluten free grains, some grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free meats and eliminating problematic foods such as: excessive vinegar, caffeine, pork, eggs, all dairy, corn, gluten, canola oil and refined sugar.

The easiest way to eat liver healthy is to eliminate these problematic foods, eat as many fruits and veggies as possible and substitute healthier ingredients in your favourite recipes.

MOST IMPORTANT, drink celery juice every morning. Drink 16 oz of fresh celery juice every morning on an empty stomach. Celery inhibits the growth of viruses, bacteria and fungus. Its cluster salts remove poisons and toxins inside the liver, builds the immune system, improves digestion and much more.

So many people struggle with their weight. However, when you eliminate problematic foods, toxins, heavy metals and stress from your body, by eating cleansing, nutrient rich foods including celery juice, you can drop the pounds and keep them off.

2. Rarely Get Sick

Since I started eating liver healthy, I have not had a common cold or stomach flu! I am so proud to say that because I use to get sick all the time.

When you regularly eat cleansing foods, especially celery juice your body rids itself of harmful bacteria, toxins, viruses and builds your immune system.

I use to have feelings of depression and mood swings, just ask my husband, which I now understand was partly a result of suppressed emotions and toxic heavy metals in my system.
